Rules
Perhaps you were thinking that this page would display the rules (as in laws and other such things one would obey...) of the Ruling Wars game. No such thing will be found here... Rules are actually more like empires. They are named after the highest decree of their constitution. For example, the Elite Rule is named after the highest decree of its constitution; the Elite Rule (which just so happens to be 'other'...). When the 'R' in Rule is capitalized, that refers to one of the empires. If it (the 'r') is not capitalized, then it is a regulation type of rule. We now have a Rule History page.
